The flat is located at the beginning of Copacabana,

"Posto 1", called Leme, a very quiet and safe quarter in
Rio de Janeiro, at the Anchieta street n.16.
It has beach view from the three front windows and one has just to go down, walk a few meters, cross one street - and one is at the beach avenue!
The 89m2 are so divided: a spacious living room with veranda, a corridor, two big
sleeping rooms, full equipped kitchen and a comfortable big bathroom, with strong shower
and bidet.
There is a single bed in the veranda, a double bed in each sleeping room and 2 more single beds, which can be placed wherever wished. Thus, it accommodates seven persons, easily and comfortably.
The flat is fully equipped.
Bedding and towels are available, as well as mosquito nets for the double beds in the sleeping
rooms.
There are two elevators, 24 hours security service and only two flats at each floor.
One finds all kinds of facilities around the flat building, as supermarkets, drugstores, banks, hairdressers, post offices, every sort
of restaurants, Internet cafés, taxi points and buses in all directions of Rio de Janeiro.
And the next subway station - "Cardeal Arco Verde" - is at a couple of minutes walk distance, a nice walk through the Av. Atlântica, the beach avenue.
The rent is R$ 245,00 per night for two people - from March to
December 20 -
which makes today US$ 60,00

For rentals longer than 28 days, we make also available an area with washing machine, ceiling hangers for drying the washed clothes and a separate entrance for going and coming back from the beach.
There is also a small room at the end of this area, which may be rented separately too.
We offer transport from and to the 2 airports, from and to the central bus station or to the ferryboat dock, as well as to the touristic places in and around Rio de Janeiro.
We also offer cleaning service, babysitters or drinking water gallons.
But, for security reasons, we don't support engaging people who are not recommended by the owners.
And, sorry, but we don't host pets!
And we ask you to smoke near the windows, where you find nice
ashtrays.
